How do I order photos?

Step ONE: Opt into our text messaging system. Text the word: FALCONCHEER to the number 90738. This registers you in our system. We cannot take your athlete’s photo until this is done.

Step TWO: Purchase advance pay credits ($35 and up) if desired. This purchase and redemption of your credits at picture ordering time will give you free standard shipping. Don’t miss out on these savings. Actual selection of photos and ordering of photo products will happen when you receive a text message letting you know your photos are ready. (on or before February 7th)

How does advance pay credit work?

AP credits are like purchasing a gift card for yourself. When you purchase the credits on or before picture day and redeem your credits (aka- cash in your gift card) at ordering time you will receive free standard shipping. You will receive a free shipping code via text when you purchase your credits. Save this code for check out when it’s time to order. The minimum advance pay credit purchase is $35. And don’t worry…come ordering time, if you want to purchase more than your advance pay credits, you totally can!

Can I still order photos without the advance pay credits?

Yes, you can, but you will not receive the free standard shipping offer. Most of our families know they will be ordering photos, so it’s a great deal to purchase your credits on or before picture day to take advantage of the free shipping.

When can I place my order?

You will receive a text on or before February 7th letting you know your athlete’s photo is ready. This is when you can apply your advance pay credits and / or make a purchase.

Are there retakes or refunds?

Unfortunately due to the custom nature of photography, there are no retakes, make-up dates, or refunds. We are confident you will love your athlete’s photos. When making your purchase the customer understands and agrees to our policy.

When and how will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be delivered to your home. Arrival of photos will depend on the shipping option you select at check out. We cannot guarantee shipping times. See shipping options at check out for the best option for your photo delivery.

When is my athlete’s photo date / time?

Photos will be taken on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, February 1st and 2nd starting at 6pm. Come photo ready (uniform, hair, makeup, etc.) a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Sign up for your appointment time by clicking the sign up button.

Will there be a team photo?

Yes! Photos will be taken individually and through the magic of photoshop a composite team photo will be offered.

Can I take buddy photos?

Yes! Just let your photographer know when you arrive at your appointment.

Can I do pom AND hip hop photos?

Yes! Just be ready to change quickly so we can get through your photos in your allotted time.
